The search is never ceasing. R & D forms an important and integral part of Fine Organics. Our team is always at work, discovering eco-friendly technologies for a range of tailor-made additives for various industries.

It's a place where new ideas take shape; where projects both short-term and long-term are undertaken. The projects comprise development of new products, based on marketing to add requirements, improvements in existing products, process developments and developments on engineering fronts.

Our R & D Cell consists of a fully equipped laboratory with state-of-the-art equipment, a pilot plant with all the accessories that facilitate the scale-up procedure and also a vast library back-up.

At Fine Organics, R & D is inclined towards applied research and development of performance based products. We also develop commercially viable processes and design or modify machinery for such processes.

Process development is also of prime importance. New equipments which help in the betterment of process conditions are continuously evaluated and modified to achieve higher consistency in quality, new product development and to economies on costs.
