Jayen Ramesh Shah is a Managing Director of our Company.
He holds a master’s degree in science (Oil Technologies) from the University of Mumbai (ICT).
He has a total experience of more than 37 years with the Fine Organics Group.
He was appointed as a Director in Fine Organic Industries Limited since inception i.e. May 24, 2002.

Tushar Ramesh Shah is a Whole Time Director and Chief Executive Officer of our Company.
He has completed second year while pursuing for bachelors’ in science from the University of Mumbai.
He has a total experience of more than 30 years with the Fine Organics Group.
He was appointed as a Director in Fine Organic Industries Limited since inception i.e. May 24, 2002.

Bimal Mukesh Shah is a Whole Time Director of our Company.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in science from Purdue University and a master’s degree in management from Boston College.
He has a total experience of more than 12 years with the Fine Organics Group.
He was appointed as a Director in Fine Organic Industries Limited since April 1, 2011.
He was re-appointed as a Whole Time Director of the Company with effect from November 6, 2017 for a period of 5 years.

Nikhil Dattatraya Kamat is a Whole Time Director of our Company.
He holds a degree of Master of Science in Biochemistry (Food Technology) from University of Mumbai (ICT).
He has a total experience of more than 30 years with the Fine Organics Group.
He was earlier designated as a Senior Vice President – Operations in Fine Organic Industries Limited.
He was appointed as a Whole Time Director of Fine Organic Industries Limited with effect from June 27, 2022 for a period of 5 years.

Prakash Krishnaji Apte is an Independent Director of our Company.
He holds a B.E. (Mech) degree from University of Pune and a Diploma in Business Management from University of Mumbai.
He has attended various executive and leadership development programs at Harvard Business School, INSEAD and IMD.
He was appointed as an Independent Director of our Company with effect from November 13, 2017 for a period of 5 years.

Mahesh Pansukhlal Sarda is an Independent Director of our Company.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai and a bachelor’s degree in law from Saurashtra University.
He also holds a certificate of practice from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
He was appointed as an Independent Director of our Company with effect from November 13, 2017 for a period of 5 years.

Thiruvengadam Parthasarathi is an Independent Director of our Company.
He holds a bachelor of technology degree in chemical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras and a post graduate diploma in industrial engineering from the Training Institute for Productivity & Industrial Engineering.
He is also a fellow member of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
He was appointed as an Independent Director of our Company with effect from November 13, 2017 for a period of 5 years.

Kaushik Dwarkadas Shah is an Independent Director of our Company.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai.
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and a Law Graduate.
He was appointed as an Independent Director of our Company with effect from January 24, 2018 for a period of 5 years.

Pratima Madhukar Umarji is an Independent Director of our Company.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in law and economics from the University of Mumbai.
She was appointed as an Independent Director of our Company with effect from November 13, 2017 for a period of 5 years.

Rashi Mehta is an Independent Director of our company.
She is a distinguished law graduate from KC Law College and holds a degree in arts from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai University.
