This outlines the course for us as a Company, as we follow the Board’s critical decisions, accomplish sustainable targets, and create value in near future.
The Company’s Board of Directors is an ideal mix of knowledge, perspective, expertise, divergent thinking and experience. The Board comprises ten Directors, of which five are Executive Directors and five are Independent Directors. They also play a vital role in the governance and decision-making process of the Board. Independent Directors help shape our various strategic initiatives. To better steer the process, our Independent Directors have been appointed as the Chairperson of each committee: Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee and Risk Management committee.
