Wetting and dispersing additive for black masterbatches
FinaSperse CB 5 is a wetting and dispersing additive for black masterbatches and compounds. It is specially designed in order to offer effective end-properties in terms of superior jetness with optimum reduced filter pressure value (FPV). It is recommended to be used up to 5% in the black masterbatch and compounds.

FinaSperse CB 5 features balanced functional sites that are suitable to establish non-covalent interactions with the carbon black aggregates; thereby, improving the dispersion quality resulting in higher jetness. FinaSperse CB 5 can be used by preparing a dry blend with polymer & pigment powder in high-speed mixer and further, melt-process into masterbatch/compound in order to achieve desirable dispersion quality or by mixing to polymer/carbon black in a kneader or batch mixer followed by pelletization on single screw extruder.
