Finastat 163

Polymer Additives

Finastat 163 can offer effective antistatic properties in polyolefin-based films when used in combination with Finastat 9500. Finastat 163 is derived from vegetable-oil based source and free from ‘animal/synthetic base’. Finastat 163 is also used as an antifouling additive/process aid in the polymer manufacturing process.

Finastat 5000

Finastat 5000 is an amine-free internal antistat for polyethylene, EVA & Bioplastics (PLA/PBAT), suitable for sensitive applications, where amine-free antistats are preferred or amine-based antistats are not desirable. Finastat 5000 works effectively independent of relative humidity, that is, it offers effective antistatic properties at standard and lower humidity levels.

Finastat 8000

Polymer Additives

Finastat 8000 offers effective antistatic properties when applied to polymer surface by external coating or spraying process. Finastat 8000 can be used as an external antistat for polyesters (PET/PBT), Polycarbonate, Polyamide or any other base polymer for which antistatic properties are required.  An aqueous solution of Finastat 8000 (at optimized dosage) can be applied externally on polymer surfaces in order to achieve effective surface resistivity reduction.

Finastat 9500

Finastat 9500 can offer immediate and short-term antistatic properties to polyolefins and lubrication to PVC. Finastat 9500 is recommended to be used in combination with Finastat 163 or Finastat SAE 300 in order to attain excellent sustainable antistatic properties in polyolefin films.

Finawax B

Finawax B is a refined vegetable-based behenamide offering optimum antiblocking properties in polyolefin-based films, when used in combination with inorganic antiblock at suitable dosage. Finawax B is well-accepted as a torque release additive in HDPE based caps and closures offering effective organoleptic properties.
